Most of all the medical care but also the ward care. Both very impressive. The above question (Q1) is not fir for purpose so my praise, and it is high praise, is for what happened to me not a speculation on how it might be for someone else.

Friendly staff cleanliness nice ward. Improve bit more time with doctor as seemed rushed to ask questions. Bit more communication as to what is going on and what plan of treatment is.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Flow of information could be improved, both staff and patients not always aware of decisions made.

I cannot fault any care that was given to me form the doctors sisters, nurses and all others that looked after me. The only improvement could be the food. Thank you all you have been great.

Good - Staff/patient care. Staff anticipate our needs and do a good job. Bad - One staff switched off lights early evening when we were having a group discussion - not wanting to go to sleep.
